What You’ll Do as an Assistant Center Director:

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans
• Assist with sales and enrollment, including responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with families and keeping them informed of student progress
• Lead and mentor team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Monitor and manage students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions

What We Look for in an Assistant Center Director:

✔ Previous customer service & sales experience preferred
✔ Passion for math and working with students
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow
✔ Ability to lead a team and balance multiple responsibilities
✔ Availability for 30-35 hours per week

 Hiring Process:
As part of our selection process, all applicants must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency.
