This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure all processes are followed.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
