Job Description Summary
The Fleet Programs team is responsible for providing world class program management of technical solutions to product quality issues impacting customers and GE Vernova's reputation. The Senior Fleet Programs Manager will serve as a focal point for specific fleet issues affecting gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, accessories, controls and related equipment. In this role, you will provide commercial oversight to technical solution development, lead customer and business communications and drive implementation of fleet corrective actions.You will manage fleet programs to minimize operational risk by implementing commercially viable and logistically sound solutions. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration, establishing fleet implementation strategies for risk mitigation, coordinating fulfillment of customer and field needs while managing business costs and pushing to meet timely program deliverables across critical milestones.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Own evaluation, planning, implementation and closure of fleet containment/corrective actions derived from Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Develop cost-effective fleet implementation strategies that meet customer requirements
• Coordinate across the organization with One Field Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Finance and other required functions to plan and implement technical solutions
• Lead internal communications on fleet program status; communicate progress to all levels of the organization. Serving as focal point for customer and business strategy discussions
• Lead consistent communications internally across the business and externally with customers/vendors to ensure appropriate, controlled messaging with fluid coordination of activities
• Develop strong ties with functional leaders, proactively identify and resolve process gaps and guide other teams in issue resolution such that fleet implementation plans are appropriately developed and execution teams efficiently coordinated
• Provide input to Fulfillment teams. Prioritize fleet implementation and achieve penetration targets by supporting planned/unplanned outages
• Utilize varied software tools to perform fleet program data analytics
• Participate in Lean Action Workouts and/or lead Kaizen projects to improve internal processes and support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university
• 8 + years of relevant experience with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.

• Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies
Additional Information
The base pay range for this position is 111,200.00 - 148,300.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% Variable Incentive Bonus. This posting is expected to close on November 13, 2025.
