Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer II to join our growing team at TA. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and hardware environments, with a particular focus on AWS and other cloud technologies. Your expertise in ensuring system security and best practices will help protect our organization’s assets and drive technology innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, and hardware infrastructure.
Implement and monitor AWS solutions including EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, and S3.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, GitLab, Docker, and more.
Ensure systems operate securely and efficiently, assisting with security patching and incident resolution.
Lead or assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Collaborate on IT security audits and compliance activities.
Provide escalated support for the IT team and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
Conduct training sessions for staff members to share technical knowledge and best practices.
Maintain documentation and perform root cause analysis when investigating system issues.
Participate in physical infrastructure tasks such as equipment setup, cable management, or server deployments.
Occasional travel to other locations (2-3 times annually).
Must be able to lift 50 lbs when handling equipment and hardware.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, and S3.
Hands-on expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Proven skills in developing CI/CD pipelines and using SaaS solutions.
Experience with Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting.
Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL management and security best practices.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with attention to documentation.
Ability to identify issues proactively and implement improvement plans.
Familiarity with Wireshark and network troubleshooting.
Bonus Skills
Understanding of Meraki networks, VMware, OKTA, or Bettercloud.
Experience with Splunk or other SIEM platforms.
Experience working with home labs or personal tech projects is a plus.
