Human Resources Operations Consultant

Overview

Enhabit is a leading provider of home health & hospice services, dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Operations Consultant to join our team.

 

The Human Resources Operations Consultant will play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders to assess, design, and implement effective and innovative HR operations strategies and solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, the consultant will provide expertise in HR best practices, process improvement, and technology optimization to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to assess current HR operations processes, systems, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations to enhance HR operations effectiveness and efficiency.
• Design and implement HR operations strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and company objectives.
• Maintain, update, and recommend changes for company manuals, standard operating procedures, policies, and operational systems.
• Provide guidance on HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software.
• Deliver proactive training programs to educate teams and stakeholders on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR related roles required.
• Minimum of 2 years in business operations strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong presentation skill and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization required.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills with the ability to leverage features to create, edit, and manage complex documents efficiently required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to leverage features to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data effectively required.
• Intermediate Adobe Acrobat skills with the ability to edit PDF content, create interactive forms, and optimize PDFs required.

Compensation Range $52,000 - $58,000
