The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) oversees access to alcohol and cannabis products in Oregon through education, regulation, and distilled spirits distribution. Our aim is to protect public health and safety while supporting responsible businesses and providing funding for local and state agencies.
The agency is comprised of three major operational programs: the Distilled Spirits Program, the Recreational Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs.

About this opportunity:
- This position is based at our Milwaukie, OR headquarters office. Please note that the headquarters for the agency will relocate from Milwaukie to Portland, OR by approximately the middle of 2027.
- This position is represented by the American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME) union.
This position serves a six (6) month trial service period.
Here’s what you will do:
- Process Cannabis and Alcohol Management Program (CAMP) payments received at Headquarters.
- Accept payments paid in person, verify the payment amount, and issue receipt.
- Accept and record payments (cash, checks, electronic) for multiple programs to include marijuana licensing, marijuana worker permits, alcohol service permits, and alcohol special events licensing; issue receipts and maintain accurate logs.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls regarding the Cannabis and Alcohol Management Program (CAMP) payment portal.
- Respond to inquiries from liquor agents, licensees, and internal staff; provide guidance on payment procedures and reporting requirements.
- Schedule cash transaction appointments for licenses, permits, and fees.
- Prepare daily deposit slips to specifications for each account.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and process daily mail to ensure accurate handling of payments, correspondence, and financial documents in support of agency accounting and cashiering operations.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position and is required to meet the demands of this job.
