We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will work closely with our senior business analysts and other key stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and strategic planning

What You Will Do:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Process Mapping: Support the development of process maps to understand and visualize business workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Project Support: Provide support for various projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with different teams.

What You Will Learn:

  • Develop your teamwork and collaboration skills by working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and contracts, to support business initiatives.
  • Get hands-on experience in managing small projects or contributing to larger ones, including setting objectives, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
  • Practice creating and delivering presentations that convey your findings and recommendations.
  • Learn to map out and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Learn how to approach complex problems, break them down into manageable parts, and develop data-driven solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
