Guest Relations Front Desk

As a Practice Care Concierge (PCC), you will be an addition to the new premier medical spa location, Glo Medspa Winterville. Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the PCC will assist the client in making them feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported. The PCC should be well versed with all aesthetic offerings and can assist in aligning patient goals with the appropriate treatments, products, and services. Every day will be an opportunity to encourage clients to feel good about themselves!

By educating patients, promoting services, and patient outreach, the PCC will drive the practice’s growth through genuine connections. The ideal candidate loves to build long term relationships while delivering premium patient care.  The PCC should have an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent organizational skills. This role is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.  This position is part time starting at approximately 10-15 hours a week and potentially growing as the new location grows. This candidate must have the ability to increase their number of hours and schedules as needed.

• Previous experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dentistry, dermatology, or the medical field. 

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

• Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Flexible availability - This is a part-time position with frequent work on Saturdays.
