Join us and let's create the future of gaming together!</p><p><strong>Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀</strong></p><h3></h3><p>We are looking for a Senior ASO Manager to join our Growth &amp; UA team and lead our ASO taskforce (2ppl). Your main responsability will be to manage the entire cycle of ASO activities for multiple titles across Google Play and the App Store, increasing discoverability and maximizing conversion rate. </p><p>More precisely, you will be in charge of: </p><ul> <li>Implementing the A/B testing strategy from beginning to end, building a roadmap and hypothesis, briefing and providing feedback on creative assets, applying tests, analyzing and communicating results, and closely monitoring the long-term impact on the stores</li> <li>Implementing the textual metadata optimization strategy for all the markets: from keyword research to keyword analysis and localization</li> <li>Establishing and continuously evolving ASO best practices</li> <li>Identifying games in the portfolio with the highest need for ASO. Undertaking ad-hoc research, analysis, and audits for a selection of new titles</li> <li>Working alongside the UA team to ensure a consistent user funnel from ad impression to install. Work closely with the Creatives team to brief and provide feedback on app store assets</li> <li>Maintain a concise and organized database of ASO results and learnings to share with the broader organization, using this data to inform future strategy</li> <li>Managing a Senior ASO Associate</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>If you have a passion for mobile games and the experience to lead a team to success, we want to hear from you. Apply now to join our dynamic and growing company! </p><ul> <li>5+ years ASO experience</li> <li>A deep understanding of app store algorithms, optimization methods, and effective strategies for improving app stores performance and growing app installs in the mobile gaming industry (must have)</li> <li>Experience working with and managing relationships with ASO partner tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, etc</li> <li>Experience driving big-picture strategy and execution to support a scaling ASO team</li> <li>Very strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote locations, and with external vendors</li> </ul><ul> <li>Excellent sense of accountability and ownership.
