We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst for our West Jordan, UT location. 

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the upcoming implementation and maintenance of Salesforce by leveraging your proficiency and experience with Salesforce, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible to learn company processes and work with internal and external implementation teams to adapt and implement existing processes and define new processes. You will be part of the team that is responsible for streamlining, training, troubleshooting, and supporting all departments utilizing the Salesforce Field Services, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud software.

Duties include:

• Work with internal/external teams to configure and implement Salesforce in accordance with AE requirements and standards.
• Streamline, document, and train on new and existing processes.
• Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Support departments using Salesforce.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Requirements

• Salesforce experience/certifications (Required).
• Software troubleshooting experience (Required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills (Required).
• Ability to multitask (Required).
• Detail oriented (Required).
• Proficient in Excel (Required).
• Training/coaching experience (Preferred).
• Software implementation experience (Preferred).
• Proficient in office suite (Preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
