We provide a supportive and growth-oriented culture that empowers you to make a real difference in the lives of patients worldwide.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></u></p><p></p><p><b>Dashboard Development</b>: you will support the development and translation of a dashboard from Power BI to a more powerful platform using Python or R by:</p><ul><li><p>Analyzing the existing Power BI dashboard.</p></li><li><p>Designing and implementing a dashboard using Python (Dash or Streamlit) or R (Shiny).</p></li><li><p>Optimizing the dashboard for usability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Documenting the workflow and presenting findings.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Data Analysis and Cleaning</b>: you will assist with cleaning, preprocessing, and organizing data for the dashboard development by:</p><ul><li><p>Writing scripts to handle missing or inconsistent data.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with the team to validate results.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Documentation and Knowledge Sharing</b>: you will document the development process, including challenges, learnings, and best practices by</p><ul><li><p>Presenting your work to the team to share knowledge and gather feedback.</p></li><li><p>Creating a step-by-step guide for the dashboard development process.</p></li><li><p>Preparing a final presentation summarizing your contributions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries/frameworks like Dash, Streamlit, or Shiny.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience with data manipulation libraries such as pandas (Python) or dplyr (R).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Power BI and its capabilities to understand the original dashboard.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Analytical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of data preprocessing and cleaning techniques.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills for documentation and presentations.</li><li>Team collaboration and adaptability to feedback.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
