Position Start Date No Earlier Than January 6, 2025

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred. 

• Fluent English skills required. Multi-lingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred. 

• Excellent customer service skills. 

• Effective communication skills across multiple departments. 

• Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Responsibilities: 

• Answers telephone and responds to dispatch radio in a prompt and courteous manner. 

• Reconciles boards and keys at the end of the shift. 

• Run housekeeping reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning and maintain updated guest room statuses. 

• Assist housekeeping leaders in managing daily activities, monitor operation needs, generate housekeeping logs and reports, and communicating guest recoveries and requests. 

• Continually communicates with Front Office, Floor Managers, and Housekeeping Supervisors to verify status of all guest rooms, guest service orders and department service orders, and resolve issues with room discrepancies. 

• Other duties as assigned.
