Registered Nurse, Cath Lab

Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab and make a difference for our patients and our community.

The RN will assess, plan, perform, document, and evaluate professional independent nursing practice at Regions Hospital; to perform and document dependent functions such as carrying out the physician’s medical orders; to assist physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures; to provide a safe and therapeutic environment; to coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient, his/her family, health professionals and important others; to perform related duties as assigned.  This position is expected to take call and to live within a 30-minute call back time.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 & 10hr shifts.  On call weekends and weeknights.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota.
• Six months (1040 hours) of ICU nursing experience required if no Cath Lab experience.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• Must live within a 30-minute call back time.
