What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate rail and plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe loading of railcars.

• Monitor and control the flow of materials to ensure proper loading.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Conditions of Employment

• Must pass post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools.
