Job Summary: 

Join our Business Consulting team and gain real-world experience supporting cross-functional initiatives within a global organization. As a Business Consulting Intern, you'll work on key business challenges, assist in systems and process analysis, and contribute to internal consulting efforts that drive operational efficiency and innovation. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and developing practical solutions that make an impact. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with internal teams to gather business requirements and assess current processes. 

  • Contribute to assigned focus projects while also supporting day-to-day consulting tasks in terms of documentation and supporting other Business Consultants. 

  • Prepare a summary of your contributions and learnings for a final report-out to leadership and HRBP. 

  • Participate in team meetings and internship events across the Bosch network​ 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0. 

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and engage with diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role. 

  • Interns must commit to being on-site at a Bosch location at least one day per week, ideally with their manager or team member present (location does not have to be Mount Prospect). 

  • Interns will work on 1–2 core projects throughout the internship, in addition to supporting daily responsibilities. 

  • A final report-out will be required at the end of the internship, presented to leadership, HRBP, and the broader team. 

  • Participation in internship events and engagement opportunities (where applicable by site) is encouraged to build network and exposure across the organization.
