Tropic Supply, Florida’s largest independent, family-owned HVAC and refrigeration wholesale distributor, is looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to help keep our customers and team moving.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Tropic Supply trucks and vans to transport and deliver materials to our amazing customers.
• Maintain detailed truck logs and inspect items for any damage.
• Check and maintain your vehicle daily to ensure it's in top shape.
• Safely load and unload cargo with accuracy.
• Lend a hand in the warehouse when needed (including using forklifts and pallet jacks).
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and build lasting relationships.
• Handle multiple tasks, stay detail-oriented, and keep cool under pressure.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid Driver’s License and a Medical Certificate.
• At least six months of verified driving experience.
• One year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate various warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and speak English.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to own your role in the team's success.
