About the role

Role Overview

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Director 2 - Facilities Operations to work with an Oil & Gas client in Tioga, ND. The Director of Facilities Operations will be responsible for managing multiple site services, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and financial performance at the site. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.  

What You'll Do

  • manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility
  • develop and maintain positive client relationships and conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues as well as communicate results
  • manage and coach staff along with service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budget
  • research and implement new processes and technology
  • understand the management of capital projects

  • a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments
  • a strong technical knowledge of the Building Operations & Maintenance (HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and Critical Systems)
  • exceptional customer service, relationship building, and communication skills
  • strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
  • strong financial acumen and budget management experience
