More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist for the Danish project business in Ørestad, Copenhagen with Signify.
What you'll do
Handle orders in a project-oriented environment, ensuring end-to-end follow-up from order placement to delivery
Coordinate and execute logistical tasks, collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the process
Operate SAP or similar ERP systems for order and logistics management, and utilize Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis
Act as backup and support other countries in the project team if necessary
Provide customer service through telephone, email, and Teams, maintaining direct contact with customers as needed
More about you
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
Minimum two years of relevant education, such as a vocational qualification or bachelor’s degree
Ability to manage complex order handling and logistical processes from start to finish in a project-driven environment
Skills in using SAP or similar ERP systems, with added value if familiar with PowerBI and Excel
Fluent communication skills in Danish is a requirement for this role, and business-level English, enabling effective customer and internal collaboration
It is a plus if you speak or understand other Nordic languages such as Swedish or Norwegian, as this enables you to act as backup and support other countries in the project team
Confidence in handling customer service tasks across phone, email, and Teams, including direct contact with Nordic customers
Team-oriented mindset, ready to support colleagues and step in where needed, while also being able to work independently
Openness to technological change and process improvements within customer service
