SUMMARY:

As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for building and maintaining digital products to help these companies along, accelerate their decarbonization journey, and provide reliable sustainability data as a "single-source-of-truth" across the enterprise, augmented with best-in-class analytics and optimized tooling to help them successfully navigate the complexity of decarbonization.

ENGIE IMPACT’s vision is to empower all sustainability stakeholders inside of any organization with a single platform that is pre-configured to better manage and mitigate Scope 1,2,3 GHG emissions across the entire decarbonization value chain.  As the Director of Engineering for our digital experiences, you will lead technology teams building and maintaining platforms directly engaging with Impact’s clients to accelerate their decarbonization journey via reliable sustainability data augmented with best-in-class analytics and optimized.

 

• Lead a world-class distributed team constructing and integrating intuitive web platforms leveraging big data and analytical technologies.
• Define the long-term technical vision and strategy to deliver it in a way that will rally and inspire the organization around the shared vision for success
• Establish and track clear, useful metrics to stay focused on the most important things, ask the right questions and continuously improve.
• Ensure high quality code by creating and enforcing technical standards and quality assurance processes while managing the quality assurance teams.
• Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and prioritize work into an Engineering Roadmap as a team.
• Drive technical and business operational excellence overseeing the platforms DevOps function

  The pay range for this role is: $ 108,800-182,850.
