Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Indianapolis, IN office. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter time sheets for Refrigeration Service Division
• Issue, enter, distribute, and file purchase orders
• Printing field related paperwork for projects
• Fully understand and use the S&S service app
• Assist with billings and requesting PO’s from customers
• Assembly of completed work order costs
• Service tech scheduling and coordination
• Assist team by generating work order numbers
• Assisting the Service Manager and other staff with day-to-day duties
• Other duties assigned
Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
• AS400 experience preferred
• Ability to deal with strong personalities
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Great communication skills
• Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
• Highly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethic
• Working hours will be 7:30AM – 4:30PM
