Director, Software Experiences – Product Manager

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health—physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery—into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director of Software Experiences – Product Manager.

 

ROLE COMMITMENTS 

• Own and evolve iFIT’s product experience strategy to align with business goals, user needs, and market trends across consumer and commercial segments.
• Deliver world-class, data-informed user experiences through customer empathy, design thinking, and continuous iteration.
• Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between product, design, engineering, and go-to-market functions.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence by identifying new technologies, managing strategic partners, and optimizing tools and processes.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain iFIT product experience strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product features and improvements.
• Facilitate transparency through documentation, pitch decks, and internal demos.
• Apply user research, competitive insights, and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Manage internal and external partner tools, services, and billing.
• Define, track, and report on product performance metrics.
• Represent the voice of the customer across teams and initiatives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven success managing and launching products from ideation through scale.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or technical degree.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Passion for user experience, health and wellness innovation, and continuous improvement.
