Temp Retail Operations Coordinator

Role Overview
Montblanc North America is seeking an organized, resilient and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator, with an understanding of boutique operations and procedures. This role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and will support our network of 27 boutiques with the achievement of sales, strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

•Procure POS materials from our HQ team and fulfill monthly requests from our Boutique network
•Manage invoicing of Boutique services in collaboration with Finance, including NSPO creation and monthly goods receipt
•Facilitate omnichannel order flow (Click from Store)
•Manage uniform allocations for retail staff ensuring budget alignment, timely and accurate delivery with supplier, quality control as needed
• Support with new store openings and renovations, liaising with cross-functional teams and local vendors
•Track & communicate incentive updates to Full Price and Outlet boutique network
•Assist with maintenance projects to maintain a high standard across boutique network
• Special projects, as needed

Qualifications:

•Prior experience working in luxury retail
•Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel
•Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
•Superior organizational and follow up skills
•Clear and concise communicator who can execute quickly and effectively
•Excellent problem solving skills - know how to deescalate issues as they arise and turn challenges into opportunities
•Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments and boutique members
•Fluent in English
