Data Strategy Lead

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong><strong><br></strong>As a Data Strategy Lead at Bold Charter School, you will be part of a mission-driven and outcomes-oriented organization focused on building world-class schools. You will join a team guided by the belief that building world-class schools depends on delivering operational excellence and lead the development of systems and tools that drive progress to goals across the organization. You will receive regular coaching and become a transformative leader within the organization as we grow and expand our impact.</p> <p>To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of data management and strategic leadership experience. An MBA or graduate degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, experience designing systems and infrastructure, and a foundational belief that every child deserves a world-class education.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish and develop systems that support data-driven decision-making across all aspects of the organization</li> <li>Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards to drive consistent growth in professional practice, student achievement, and impact</li> <li>Execute processes that foster a transparent and communicative culture across the organization</li> <li>Develop systems and structures to ensure all data is accurate and complete across systems; manage annual and ongoing data reporting</li> <li>Manage assessments, including logistics, testing security, training and support</li> <li>Strategically manage priorities, communicating regularly and effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to a school environment that is joyful, engaging, and rigorous, and in which students love learning</li> <li>Model Bold’s core values and building a positive student and team culture across our schools</li> <li>Demonstrate a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Successful candidates should:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have technical expertise, including a background in data technologies and analytics</li> <li>Demonstrate a strong ability to develop clear and impactful communications for presentation to stakeholders across the organization&nbsp;</li> <li>Hold exceptionally high personal standards for performance and possess an excellence reflex that constantly raises the bar</li> <li>Be a person of high moral character with well-developed emotional int
