Job Title: Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff to join our team. The Maintenance Staff will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Able to lift 50lbs min.
