The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a dual role as a strategic advisor and operational leader within the HR function. This position leads a team of HRBPs partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals while ensuring excellence in HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.

Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a dual role as a strategic advisor and operational leader within the HR function. This position leads a team of HRBPs partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals while ensuring excellence in HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple operational units.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement strategy to build an HR-Business partnership.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to align on career development and hiring strategies
- Team Leadership and Development
- Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to direct reports.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and tools across the organization.
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Oversee complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on risk mitigation and policy updates.
- Ensure consistency in policies, practices, and service delivery
- Operational HR Excellence
- Oversee data integrity, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support audit readiness and documentation standards for HR processes.
- Lead or support HR projects such as engagement surveys and policy rollouts.
- 10% Domestic and International
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Req
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial and HRBP role. Req
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) Pref
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Experience managing or collaborating with HR operations or HRIS teams.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
