We are looking for a Payroll Specialist based in Rome. 

The resources will be part of the Industrial, Labour relations and payroll team, reports to the Italy Payroll Manager, for the following activities:

 

• Data entry in SAP Success Factors of all data regarding the employment relationship (new joiner, termination, transformation etc..)
• Corporate reporting activities
• Onboarding of administrative aspect for new joiners
• Monitoring and management of employment contracts activities concerning hiring, transformation, extension, termination and the related mandatory communications to the relevant authorities (Employment centre, Inps and Inail)
• Management of fixed-term contracts
• Management of sickness, accident, maternity, leave of absence, deductions, etc…
• Support in all other activities payroll-related

Requirements

 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Economics, Science, or a qualification as a Labor Consultant
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with SAP and Zucchetti is a plus
• English fluency
• Curious, proactive, and analytical mindset
• Result-oriented, problem solving approach
