Your Impact:
- Understand various risk methodologies and existing processes and evaluate how technology can enable efficiency and effectiveness in process redesign.
- Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with Stakeholders to define target-state business needs – effectively articulating the “what” and “why”
- Serve as a change agent – advancing the implementation of strategic risk technology solutions across the Enterprise.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes and contribute to governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with risk management framework.
- Serve as point risk/control lead for Risk Methodology & Systems, to include facilitation of risk assessments and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of fulltime work experience
- 5+ years of related work experience in risk management industry
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks – awareness of risk management applications and product management not required
- Experience with influencing others, including at the executive level, and bringing people together towards a common goal
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present content of varying levels of complexity
- Highly driven, results oriented, and looked at as a “valued partner”
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
