Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition partner will work with various levels of management to provide full cycle recruitment support at the U.S. locations. This person will build strong partnerships through the company and act as a strategic talent partner. This person will develop recruitment strategies to continue to attract talent.
Key Duties
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationship with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business partner.
- Train Hiring Managers on Hiring tools and process to include ATS, and other tools.
- Manage full cycle recruitment and build pipeline for key positions.
- Source passive candidates through a variety of channels.
- Maintain solid level industry knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape by location with recommendations to build partner relationships with schools and other sources to attract talent and build Meridian Brand.
- Develop a full cycle recruitment strategy inclusive of strategic sourcing and key partnerships. Coordinate virtual/onsite interviews
- Responsible candidate experience and job offer preparation, and completion up to start date.
- Track metrics to identify gaps, candidate experience improvements and other continuous improvements of process.
Other Duties
- Key ad-hoc projects to support Global HR Employee Value Proposition and Candidate experience
- Onboarding delivery and other support
- Collaboration with leaders to develop key elements such as Job descriptions, Culture, Meridian Brand to include Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives.
- Identify Job Fair and other opportunities to build brand and pipeline.
- Sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 5+ years managing full cycle recruitment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to read, understand and follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and guidelines. • High energy and drive to promote a culture of wellness and continuous improvement. • Ability to lead change and achieve goals through cross-functional collaboration, influence, and business partnership.
