This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our team of 12–15 client-facing Associates in managing new business training calls, validations, and audits. In this hybrid role, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring that key performance indicators and departmental metrics are not only met but continuously improved. As a forward-thinking leader, you will work closely with cross-functional business partners—both internal and external—to implement innovative process enhancements that drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of 12–15 Associates dedicated to supporting new business processes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment that emphasizes professional growth and innovation.
- Metrics & Performance Management:
- Drive achievement of individual and departmental metrics, ensuring that target goals are consistently met through ongoing performance management.
- Prepare, analyze, and review key performance reports and trend analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis to inform decision-making.
- Present performance insights, trends, and recommendations to team members and leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment across the organization.
- Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Collect and analyze data on current business processes to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
- Identify trends and recurring process exceptions through root-cause analysis and develop targeted resolution action plans to drive operational enhancements.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to both frontline teams and management to ensure alignment and execution.
- Project & Change Management:
- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives by defining requirements, outlining project plans, setting priorities, and monitoring progress through completion.
- Coordinate with project management teams to pilot new system releases and integrate updated processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation Management:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries and issues.
- Manage escalated service issues professionally and ensure prompt resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and/or change management.
- Familiarity with group insurance products and plan designs is a plus. <
