Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Supervisor

Bring your passion for diagnostic imaging and leadership to St. Cloud Hospital, where you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Diagnostic Medical Sonography team. In this leadership position, you will guide and support a team of Sonographers and Ultrasound Imaging Assistants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care through technical expertise, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
As the Supervisor, you’ll not only oversee workflow and quality assurance, but also serve as a mentor and resource—helping your team grow their skills, inspiring excellence, and fostering an environment of open communication and patient-centered care.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- 8- hour day shifts
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starting at $41.92 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $41.92 - $62.92 per hour

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ultrasound department of equal or greater size and volume, performing vascular and diagnostic procedures.
- Alternatively, candidates with 10 years of experience in a hospital ultrasound department of equal or greater size and volume will be considered if they have not graduated from a CAAHEP- accredited program.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Diagnostic Medical Sonographers registration within 9 months of hire.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certified.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card.
- Demonstrated expertise an anatomy and physiology
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
