HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!

Pay: $27.19 / Hour

Night Shift 12 hours

6:45pm-7:00am

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving out safety initiatives
• Troubleshoot problems to root cause
• Implement Work Design activities
• Make run and shutdown decisions

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic extrusion and converting process
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Work Design tools and countermeasures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Icing on the cake:

• Leadership experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
