Your mission 

In this newly created role, you will lead the development and deployment of marketing standards, tools, and strategies tailored to the Spare Parts business area. From brand identities to campaign frameworks and digital tools, you’ll ensure consistent and effective execution across all markets. Acting as a strategic bridge between the Group Brands, local marketing teams, and central Spare Parts leadership, you will drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and commercial impact.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a key business area while working closely with international colleagues across the organization.
This is a hybrid role, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. To ensure collaboration, we invite you to work from our Apeldoorn office 2-3 days per week. We support your home office setup, travel costs, and offer flexibility to work in a hybrid way.

About the team

You'll be an integral member of the High-Growth Spares Division, reporting to the Group Head of Spare Parts at BDR Thermea Group’s office.

At BDR Thermea, the Spares business represents approximately €240 million in revenue and stands as one of the most profitable segments of the company. Currently BDR Thermea is undertaking a major transformation of our global Spares operations to support ambitious growth targets and strengthen our market leadership.

You’ll join a lean, international team with a strong focus on data, performance, and execution.

As we centralise key functions at group level, this role will be essential in shaping and managing our global marketing excellence—ensuring alignment with market needs, business priorities, and long-term strategy. In this matrix role, you will lead marketing excellence efforts while championing consistency, efficiency, and customer-centricity.

You will work closely with Group Brands, Sales, Digital/eBusiness and marketing teams both centrally and across local markets.

What you’ll do

•   Develop and maintain the Spares Brand policy and ensure alignment with Group Brand guidelines
•   Create and update packaging specifications, marketing templates, and communication strategies
•   Coordinate campaign execution across countries and support local teams in adapting global campaigns
•   Guide sales enablement by creating compelling tools and customer-facing materials
•   Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through r-NPS tracking and analysis
•   Track campaign performance, brand consistency, and customer acquisition/retention metrics
•   Enable continuous improvement through benchmarking, capability-building, and training sessions
•   Facilitate best practice sharing across markets to elevate marketing maturity
•   Monitor OEM competitors and report insights to senior leadership
•   Support e-commerce and CRM initiatives, including digital campaign execution, customer segmentation, and data analysis
•   Act as liaison between IT, marketing, and country teams to ensure smooth rollout of global tools and strategies

What you bring?

•   A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
•   Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, branding, and/or digital (eCommerce, CRM), ideally in spare parts or a complex product environment
•   Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects in international and matrix organizations
•   Strong analytical and result oriented, with a data-driven mindset
•   Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural settings
•   Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – and preferably an additional European language – both with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
•   Experience in HVAC or similar technical industries is a plus
