Building Maintenance Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintains and repairs damage to property.

• Performs regular maintenance to: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

• Attend all company required meetings.         

• Additional responsibilities as requested or required 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements

• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.

• 2-3 years’ maintenance experience.

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in:

• HVAC
• Plumbing

• Painting

• Electrical
• Carpentry 
• Landscaping

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical or Trade School degree preferred
