Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in utility engineering
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• EIT preferred, PE track desirable
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving
