You will be developing momentum marketing strategies and maintaining the lead management portfolio of products through collaboration with the cross-functional product team ensuring the product portfolio remains competitive in the market.

Your role:
- Develop momentum marketing plans for the legacy Philips lead management portfolio of devices including business plans, pricing, positioning, promotional strategies, life cycle plans and advising on future product iterations and improvements.
- Own product messaging and execution in targeting, competitive positioning, key messaging, pricing, profitability analysis and campaign development to support the sales force in their daily effort to increase sales and perform the lead management procedure safely, predictably, and responsibly.
- Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize their engagement and support of the product portfolio.
- Lead cross functional product management efforts to ensure product availability globally. This includes supply chain management, global market registrations, and market access activity.
- Partner with the clinical and medical affairs team to continue to develop clinical evidence in support of the lead management product portfolio.

- You have a desire to manage multiple projects in different functional areas at once.
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in global product management in industry.
- You can formulate new downstream promotional strategies as needed, to succeed in life cycle management and based on competitive marketplace activity.
- You can lead tradeshow activities for lead management products, and support in person where required.
- You’re a relationship builder/stakeholder manager and can communicate your marketing strategy globally.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $83,000 - 152,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
