Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Wilkes Assisted Living – North Wilkesboro, NC
Shifts: Now hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift – flexible scheduling available!

• $1.00/hour Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Help promote independence and dignity for each resident

Qualifications:

• PCA experience preferred, but on-site training and certification provided!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, caring, and team-oriented attitude
