Registered Nurse

This position is Sign On bonus eligible. 

5 North is a 26-bed General Surgery specialty unit. We are a Medical Surgical Unit with heavy surgical volume. We specialize in:  

Elective bariatric weight loss surgery - these are typically our happiest and easiest patients. They go to the OR and are expected to be up and ambulating on post op Day 0.  

General surgery - appendectomies, cholecystectomies, small bowel obstruction, etc.   

Foot and ankle ortho - total ankle replacements and infected foot wounds, BKA's etc. 

Urology surgery 

Nurses on our unit gain experience in drains of all kinds, wound vacs, central lines, NGT, DHT, and all surgical things!
