Store Supervisor - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Express Nenagh on Old Dublin Rd. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing excellent customer service.

• Oversee daily operations and manage store staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is required
• Key Holder experience required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
