Part-Time Receptionist

Cedar Sinai Park is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist at Rose Schnitzer Manor, assisted living community! The schedule for this position is, Saturday & Sunday, 8AM-Noon. This is the perfect job for a student or someone supplementing another part-time job.

The Receptionist provides friendly and outstanding customer service and is the first point of contact for requests for information and/or assistance from residents, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate for this position must be able to maintain professional tone, language, and attitude. Must be able to remain calm and respond well under stress or in emergency situations. Must have good organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrate willingness to learn new computer programs.

The highest priority is to provide excellent customer service in an efficient, professional manner to ensure the Rose Schnitzer Manor’s goal of caring for our residents in an atmosphere of Comfort, Independence and Dignity.

The Receptionist must have a High school diploma or equivalent and one-year minimum office work experience. Experience in an assisted living, nursing home or senior living environment is preferred.
