Your Career

In their next role, they are eager to lead the technical strategy behind innovative cybersecurity products, particularly at the intersection of digital experience monitoring and SASE. They aim to own the end-to-end development of compelling technical content—whitepapers, demos, and competitive benchmarks—that empowers both sales teams and customers. Driving automation and operational excellence across cross-functional teams is a priority, as is staying hands-on with product testing and real-world use cases. Ultimately, they are excited to shape product narratives that showcase security innovation and elevate the user experience.

Your Impact

  • Technical Marketing Strategy: Develop, continuously refine, and execute the technical marketing plan for critical accounts to drive engagement and sales
  • Content Creation: Create, maintain, and deliver effective technical tools, whitepapers, demos, videos, and technical training for sales teams, customers, and partners
  • Automation Leadership: Lead automation initiatives within and across cross-functional teams, striving to achieve technical and operational excellence throughout the release process
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research and testing to identify key advantages of our product lines and effectively communicate them to sales, customers, and partners
  • Technical Evangelism: Act as a key technical evangelist for Palo Alto Networks, speaking at seminars, conferences, customer briefings, and internal meetings
  • Product Enhancement: Collaborate with engineering to identify product gaps based on competitive analysis and work with Product Management (PM) to drive enhancements
  • Domain Authority: Serve as the domain authority on Palo Alto Networks products, providing Systems Engineers with information on competitive questions
  • Sales Support: Identify sales challenges arising from competitive situations and provide viable solutions
  • Technical Documentation: Document technical concepts to ensure our products are well understood and utilized to their fullest potential
  • Competitive Lab Setup: Set-up and maintain a competitive test lab, including test harness, competitive products, and automation environment
  • Product Testing: Configure and test competitive products, evaluating their strengths in security efficacy and product features
  • Technical Ownership: Own the technical product area of Real User Monitoring (RUM) and provide analytics to monitor digital experience in Prisma Access
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a passion for the customer journey, user experience, and usability with a knack for simplicity

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer in the network/cybersecurity field or as a DevOps/Solution Architect, preferably for networking or data security products with focus on RUM, Observabili
