Data Analytics Program Manager, FleetShare

Are you ready to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing areas of the commercial rapid rental industry? At Merchants Fleet, we’re seeking a dynamic Analytics Program Manager (in our FleetShare division) to join our headquarters team and drive the future of fleet management. 

 

Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH
 

Why This Role is Exciting: As a key player in our FleetShare program, you'll be at the forefront of transforming strategic initiatives into actionable, data-driven solutions. You’ll design innovative dashboards, craft insightful reports, and develop powerful models that support our rapid growth and evolving industry landscape. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Data Wizardry: Craft and manage dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to meet both automated and custom business needs. 
• Frontend Development: Ensure top-notch quality and consistency in data presentation, making complex datasets user-friendly. 
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with stakeholders to translate functional specs into engaging visualizations and reports. 
• Strategic Planning: Convert customer initiatives into actionable project plans, managing resources and timelines for successful outcomes. 
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Address stakeholder recommendations and queries with solution-driven proposals before issues arise. 
• Performance Tracking: Lead business reviews, showcasing metrics of success and key performance indicators. 
• Resource Management: Scale and optimize resources to navigate industry fluctuations effectively. 
• Operational Analysis: Examine operational and financial data to pinpoint areas for improvement and root causes. 
• Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics functions to support both daily and long-term objectives, supervising asset movement and materials. 
• Team Leadership: Supervise the FleetShare Ambassador, ensuring resource acquisition and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Field Specialist team and external partners. 

Travel: Minimal, 10% as needed to connect with FleetShare customers, vendors, and field specialists. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Data Analytics: Expertise in tools like MS Excel, PowerBI, DAX, and SalesForce for generating models and visualizations. 
• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data and provide executive summaries that drive business decisions. 
• Program/Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects with engaged leadership and operational excellence. 
• Communication: Exceptional skills in translating complex problem-solving into clear, actionable solutions. 

Experience Required: 

• 2+ years in data management and program/project management. 
• Experience leading a team and managing diverse stakeholders (highly preferred). 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, PowerBI, DAX, PowerQuery, SalesForce, and MiRo. 
• Logistics, transportation, or auto industry experience is a plus. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required. 
• PMP certification is a plus.
