We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to take this platform into the field working directly with customers, deploying AI to solve their most critical operational challenges, and driving measurable outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Diagnose. Work closely with health system leaders such as CMOs, VPs of Population Health, and CFOs to identify high-value operational challenges like care gap closure, risk adjustment leakage, referral management breakdowns, and readmission hotspots. You’ll go deeper than a traditional consultant because you’re not writing a report  you’re helping build the solution.
• Build. Support Healthcare AI Bootcamps, where you collaborate with engineering teams to use the customer’s own data to build working AI-powered workflows in real time. Customers will see their patient populations risk-stratified, care gaps identified, and AI agents deployed — not in a demo environment, but on their actual data.
• Sell. Present results to operational and executive stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business impact such as quality bonuses captured, risk adjustment revenue recovered, and readmissions avoided.You will contribute to revenue goals because your work helps drive both initial adoption and expansion with customers.
• Scale. Support the customer journey from the first bootcamp through enterprise-wide deployment. Identify new use cases, help train customer teams to self-serve, and contribute to building a Center of Excellence powered by Innovaccer’s platform.
• Shape the Product. Bring field insights directly into the product roadmap. The patterns you observe across customers help shape the next generation of platform capabilities. You’re not just deploying AI you’re helping define the future Healthcare Operating System.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier program (or equivalent experience), with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or boutique healthcare/technology firms), healthcare operations, or AI/product strategy roles at a leading technology company
• Strong intellectual curiosity about healthcare. You don’t need to be a clinician, but you should be genuinely interested in the intersection of data, AI, and patient outcomes
• Comfort working with data. You may not write production code, but you can collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to operational leaders and mid-level executives
• Builder mindset. You prefer building and iterating rather than creating static presentations, and you thrive in fast-moving environments
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to client sites across the U.S. This role involves working closely with customers in real-world healthcare environments
