Monday - Friday, Full-Time, Flexible schedule (Based on customer availability)

Location: Remote, USA (Up to 75% Travel)

As a Transport Refrigeration Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical training, offering expert troubleshooting assistance, and working directly with customers to ensure the continued success of their refrigeration systems. This is a highly visible, impactful role where you will be interacting with key accounts, including C-suite executives, while also supporting internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

✅ What You Bring

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Thermo King or Carrier Transicold Master Technician.

· Certifications: Valid EPA 608 and 609 certifications preferred but not required.

· Technical Proficiency: Experience with telematics, Wintrac, and Tru Tech systems is preferred.

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education is a plus.

· Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

· Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

· Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take initiative without direct supervision.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions to technical and business challenges.

· Attention to Detail: High level of organization and attention to detail in managing customer needs, technical support, and project execution.
