About the Role:

As a Site Human Resources Business Partner, you will manage the necessary duties pertaining to labor relations, hiring and retention, training and development, salary administration and benefits, and the Valeo 5 Axes while being responsible for the human capital management of the team members at your site.

Responsibilities Also Include:

• You will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of company policies and philosophies
• You will follow-up involvement of Personnel Policy Deployment (Road Maps)
• You will manage production personnel change of status
• You will collaborate with supervisors and management on direct labor engagement and talent development
• You will be the company liaison for your site's staffing agencies to meet personnel needs based upon production volume
• You will complete administration of new employee orientation, union avoidance activities, Team Member complaint and discipline handling
• You will assist in plant action of health, safety and ergonomic issues
• You will advise management regarding legal and team member concerns/issues
• You will maintain retention strategy for production teams
• You will be responsible for other duties as assigned

What You Should Have:

• You should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Communications, Business, Management or related field
• You have 2+ years of Human Resources at a medium-to-large automotive supplier or OEM, or Human Resources experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• You have experience with autonomously handling a variety of human resources issues, such as investigations, benefits questions, annual appraisals, payroll, disciplinary actions and terminations, recruiting and new hire orientations
• You have an understanding of local, state and federal labor laws
