<div class="content-intro"><p><img src="https://caddell.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Build-your-career.png" alt="" width="822" style="max-width: 100%;"></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Job Title –&nbsp;</strong>Superintendent Electrical - International</p> <p><strong>Location –&nbsp;</strong>Various International locations</p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Rewards of Working at Caddell - Paid vacations, company-funded medical insurance.&nbsp; Company joint funding of dental and vision insurance, life and disability plans to full-time employees, 401k match, gym membership reimbursement, and use of company condominiums.</span></strong></p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works closely with Project Superintendent and Project Manager, and home office Electrical Procurement Coordinator as required, in formulating, discussing and finalizing the overall plan of operations, job layout, job schedule, etc.</li> <li>Manages the day-to-day work of crafts and subcontractors in field, delegates work through foreman and/or subcontractor representatives. Must work with subcontractors of different cultures and languages.</li> <li>Maintains regular communications with project staff to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.</li> <li>Reviews plans and specifications of job, job budget and estimate with project manager and project superintendent to ensure that quantities, values, manpower requirements and deliveries of various divisions of job are understood.</li> <li>Participates in weekly progress meetings with subcontractors.</li> <li>Assists in preparation of plan at beginning of job for receiving, storing and handling materials as required.</li> <li>Assists in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.</li> <li>Maintains best possible relationship with owner and architectural-engineering firm associated with job. Strives to develop spirit of cooperation and respect between Caddell and representatives of the other partners on the project.</li> <li>Performs additional assignments per Project Manager’s and Project Superintendent’s direction.</li> <li>Working Conditions– Construction setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others.
