Title:  Warehouse & Technical Support Lead         

                          

Job Summary:

 

The Warehouse & Technical Support Lead is an experienced individual who maintains and optimizes the full warehouse operations. They are responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards to maintain smooth logistics and inventory management.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

• Receiving & Inspection:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Receive goods in our ERP system.

 

• Storage & Inventory Management:
  • Organize and store products in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct stock counts and assist with cycle counting.

 

• Order Fulfillment:
  • Print, Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and confirmed ship date.
  • Help our shipping/Invoicing team by booking shipments with our preferred freight forwarders.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation for outbound shipments.

 

 

• Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Perform routine checks and report maintenance needs.

 

• Safety & Compliance:
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent accidents.

 

• Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.
  • Cross divisional and crossregional collaboration between the different locations within our organization (US / Norway/ China/Spain)

 

 

     •     Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the warehouse department as a whole

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

 

• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems preferable ( SAP/HANA)
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently navigate and use WMS/ERP systems to make day-to-day operational adjustments, resolve order and workflow issues, and support warehouse execution

• • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory lists.

 

 

• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 70pounds and stand for extended periods.
