Accounts Receivable Clerk

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews daily gross revenues ensuring their accuracy as well month end close out of revenues
• Maintains A/R aging and posts all cash receipts accurately and timely
• Prepares weekly billing log ensuring all diagnosis codes and certifications have been received
• Processes itemized billings 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years business office experience in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of medical terminology and coding in a healthcare environment
• Excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail
