What this job involves:
Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives as a strategic business partner driving JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation programs across our global workforce of 115,000+ individuals. You'll serve as the architect behind organizational adoption strategies, developing sophisticated influence tactics, training programs, and non-monetary incentive frameworks that accelerate transformation success. Working directly with Transformation Office teams and imperative owners while reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you'll operate with startup-level agility and ownership mindset to integrate human-centered change strategies across all business lines. This role requires a senior people management professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to thrive during periods of significant organizational evolution.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation initiatives across global business lines
• Design innovative influence tactics, incentive programs, and engagement strategies that drive adoption without relying solely on compensation
• Partner directly with business leaders as their strategic change advisor, operating with startup-level agility and ownership mindset
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and identify human behavior barriers to transformation adoption
• Create and implement non-monetary incentive frameworks, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and experiential rewards
• Facilitate high-impact change management workshops, working sessions, and leadership offsites with cross-functional teams
• Manage and develop junior change management team members, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
• Analyze cultural transformation metrics and employee engagement data to track adoption progress and optimize strategies
• Collaborate closely with Transformation Program Managers and imperative owners to integrate people-centered change activities into project plans
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of progressive people management experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success as a senior people partner or HR business partner in startup, tech, or similarly dynamic organizations
• Proven track record developing and implementing change management strategies, training programs, and influence tactics
• Strong experience with team management and developing junior talent
• Strategic thinking with ability to design comprehensive people-centered transformation approaches
• Expertise in human behavior analysis and organizational psychology applications
• Strong business acumen with ability to operate as true business partner and owner
• Excellent facilitation skills for leadership offsites, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries
• Advanced degree in organizational psychology, business, or related field
• Background managing large-scale transformations in complex organizations with 10,000+ employees
• Knowledge of digital transformation and technology adoption best practices
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation for change metrics • Cross-cultural competency and experience working across multiple time zones

Estimated compensation for this position:
187,100.00 – 250,325.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal consideration
