JOB SUMMARY
Senior Scientist Technical Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the process and technology transfer from Development to Manufacturing. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with the Assay Development, Manufacturing, Automation, Quality, and Project Management teams to ensure successful and timely product/process transfer and scale-up for critical reagents and processes. This role will involve performing hands-on laboratory studies to develop, improve, and troubleshoot as well as training of operators. If you thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment where every day is different, accelerate at executing a variety of processes at the lab bench, and are a creative problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality results with careful experimental execution, we want you to apply! We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background. Experience in IVD is highly desired and a plus. This is an on-site position.
A background in sciences is required with a minimum of 10 years of direct product development, manufacturing and technology transfer experience. The ideal candidate for this position is a dedicated team player capable of working on several projects simultaneously. Scientists who demonstrate self-motivation and enthusiasm for scientific bench work are strongly encouraged to apply. Your work will be mainly at the bench; however, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise and scope of responsibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Independently design and execute experiments aimed at optimizing production workflows. This is hands-on work, working in the lab position and performing extensive design and analysis-based work.
