BCBA Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
  • Develop and supervise treatment that incorporates assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices, promoting client engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes
  • Provide parent training and case supervision.
  • Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity through the use of behavior skills training.
  • Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with the families receiving services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
